Directions

  1. 1Add minced pork to a pan and cook until browned.
  2. 2Stir in the garlic paste, ginger paste, and gochujang, mixing until combined.
  3. 3Pour in the soy sauce, honey, mirin, and sesame oil, and stir to incorporate.
  4. 4Add the chicken stock to the pan.
  5. 5Add the instant noodles and cook until the liquid is absorbed and the noodles are tender.
  6. 6Serve the noodles topped with sesame seeds, sliced spring onion, and crispy chilli oil.

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 250 g instant noodles
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • spring onion, sliced (optional)
  • crispy chilli oil (optional)
