Directions

  1. 1Grease an oven pan with butter
  2. 2Cut up parboiled potatoes
  3. 3Place potatoes in the greased pan
  4. 4Season with salt or potato seasoning
  5. 5Pour 250ml cream into a bowl
  6. 6Add 250ml milk
  7. 7Add a packet of potato bake
  8. 8Whisk until smooth
  9. 9Pour over potatoes
  10. 10Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes
  11. 11Remove and top with cheese.
  12. 12Bake for a further 15 minutes

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 kg parboiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp potato seasoning
  • 250 ml cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet potato bake
  • 1 cup cheese
