Ingredients: 1 potato; cornstarch; sugar; cheese

Directions

1Peel one potato.
2Cut the potato into pieces.
3Boil the potato pieces in salted water until soft.
4Mash the boiled potatoes, using a ricer to make it easier.
5Add cornstarch and sugar to the mashed potatoes.
6Mix the ingredients together.
7Roll the potato mixture into a ball.
8Flatten the potato ball and add cheese in the center.
9Cover the cheese with the potato mixture and flatten it again, cleaning the sides to form a disc.
10Shallow fry the potato disc until golden brown on both sides.
