Directions

  1. 1Start by placing a block of pepper jack cheese in a cast iron skillet.
  2. 2Add a can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) to the skillet.
  3. 3Place a block of Colby Jack cheese in the skillet.
  4. 4Add cream cheese to the skillet.
  5. 5Add one can of green chiles to the skillet.
  6. 6Add some taco seasoning to cooked ground beef in a bowl.
  7. 7Pour the seasoned cooked ground beef into the skillet with the other ingredients.
  8. 8Throw the skillet in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. 9Bake until the cheese gets all melty and all the ingredients have melted together.
  10. 10Serve with tortilla chips.
