Vodka Pasta

Directions
- 1Chop the white onion
- 2Sauté the white onion
- 3Add noodles to boiling water
- 4Chop garlic cloves
- 5Add chopped garlic to pan with onion
- 6Drain the pasta and reserve the pasta water
- 7Add tomato paste
- 8Add vodka
- 9Add heavy whipping cream
- 10Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and black pepper
- 11Add reserved pasta water
- 12Add parmesan
- 13Add fresh grated cheddar cheese
- 14Add pasta noodles
- 15Plate the dish
- 16Top it off with some parmesan
