Directions

1Pipe a layer of dark purple jam into each granola base.
2Pipe a dome of vanilla cream on top of the jam layer.
3Add a small amount of vanilla cream into the center of each dome using a ladle.
4Pipe a layer of kumquat purée on top of the cream.
5Arrange orange and grapefruit segments on top of the kumquat purée.
6Garnish with small purple flowers.
