Directions
- 1Slice one big tomato into your favorite shape.
- 2Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
- 3Mix the eggs with chopsticks until well scrambled.
- 4Slice one skinny hotdog.
- 5Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan.
- 6Gently scramble the eggs in the pan.
- 7Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan once they are still tender.
- 8Add some more cooking oil to the pan.
- 9Add 2 tablespoons of garlic to the pan.
- 10Add the sliced tomatoes to the pan.
- 11Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan.
- 12Cook the tomatoes on medium heat until all the juice comes out.
- 13Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan.
- 14Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to the pan.
- 15Add 2 tablespoons of ketchup to the pan.
- 16Mix all the ingredients well.
- 17Add the scrambled eggs and sliced hotdogs to the pan.
- 18Add cornstarch water (1/2 tablespoon cornstarch + 3 tablespoons water) to thicken the sauce.
- 19Drop rice in the middle of the pan.
- 20Mix all the ingredients well.
- 21Sprinkle some green onions on top.
- 22Serve the dish.
