Add 1.5 cups of warm water to a bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of traditional active dry yeast (or instant yeast) to the water.

Add 2.5 cups of all-purpose flour to the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Add a few tablespoons of everything but the bagel seasoning to the bowl.

Add about 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients together until it forms a shaggy dough ball.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for an hour.

Flour your surface and dump the sticky dough onto the counter.

Stretch the dough into a rectangle.

Add about 3/4 of a cup of parmesan cheese on top of the dough.

Roll the dough into the middle and stretch it out a little bit.

Grease an 8-inch bread pan.

Add the dough seam side down to the bread pan.

Cover the pan and let the dough do a second rise for 20-30 minutes while the oven preheats to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Score the top of the dough with a knife.

Spray the top of the dough with olive oil.

Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top.

Sprinkle extra parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.

Dump the baked bread onto a wire rack to cool down.

Cut the bread open and smother it in butter.

Tips
This bread is completely foolproof and requires no kneading.
You can use either traditional active dry yeast or instant yeast.
You can add as much or as little parmesan cheese as you want.
