Directions

  1. 1Add equal parts of cottage cheese and pumpkin puree to a food processor.
  2. 2Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  3. 3Add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  4. 4Add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice.
  5. 5Blend until smooth.
  6. 6Layer the pumpkin mousse in a glass.
  7. 7Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 0.5 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can whipped cream
