Directions
- 1Pour milk into a large bowl.
- 2Add two boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix.
- 3Add two eggs.
- 4Whisk to combine.
- 5Add a little bit of hot sauce.
- 6Add a little bit of mustard.
- 7Add some pepper.
- 8Add a can of corn.
- 9Add one pack of hot dogs, sliced up and fried till nice and brown.
- 10Add about 3/4 of an 8 oz package of sharp cheddar.
- 11Give it a little mix.
- 12Add some green onions.
- 13Spray down a 9x13 dish.
- 14Pour the mixture in.
- 15Throw the rest of the cheese over the top.
- 16Cook this uncovered in a preheated oven at 400°F for about half an hour until it's nice and golden brown.
- 17Serve and enjoy.

Tips
- You can skip the corn if you want, or add green chilies or diced tomatoes.
- Keep enough cheddar to put some on top.
