Directions
- 1Season the brisket generously with BBQ rub on all sides.
- 2Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot.
- 3Place the seasoned brisket into the Instant Pot.
- 4Pour BBQ sauce over the brisket.
- 5Close the lid of the Instant Pot.
- 6Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 4 hours and 15 minutes.
- 7Once cooked, remove the brisket from the Instant Pot.
- 8Brush additional BBQ sauce over the cooked brisket.
- 9Broil the brisket to caramelize the sauce and create a slight char.
