Easy Steak Salad
Directions
- 1Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2Sear the steak on high heat, flipping every minute, then baste with butter, rosemary and garlic for the last two minutes.
- 3Rest the steak and prepare the salad.
- 4Chop the cherry tomatoes, red onion and lettuce.
- 5Make the dressing by whisking together balsamic reduction, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- 6Toss the salad with the dressing.
- 7Slice the steak.
- 8Place the sliced steak on top of the salad.
- 9Drizzle with resting juices.
- 10Top with feta cheese.

- 1 handful feta cheese
