Directions

1Toast the hot dog buns in a skillet or oven until both sides are browned.
2Sauté turkey dogs with oil and fajita veggies until the veggies are tender and the hot dog is browned to your liking.
3Place the hot dog and veggies onto your open taco toasted bun.
4Drizzle with sauce.
5Top with Tajin and Cotija cheese if preferred.
