Directions
- 1Toast the hot dog buns in a skillet or oven until both sides are browned.
- 2Sauté turkey dogs with oil and fajita veggies until the veggies are tender and the hot dog is browned to your liking.
- 3Place the hot dog and veggies onto your open taco toasted bun.
- 4Drizzle with sauce.
- 5Top with Tajin and Cotija cheese if preferred.
