Directions
- 1Chop the peaches
- 2Put the chopped peaches in a bowl
- 3Chop the jalapeno and put it in the bowl
- 4Chop the red pepper and add it to the bowl
- 5Chop half onion and add to the bowl
- 6Chop juicy tomatoes and add them to the bowl
- 7Remove cucumber seeds, chop it, and put in the bowl
- 8Chop cilantro and add to the bowl
- 9Chop fresh parsley, then add to the bowl
- 10Mix all the ingredients in the bowl
- 11Zest one lime
- 12Juice of two limes
- 13Add garlic powder, salt, olive oil, and honey
- 14Mix well the dressing
- 15Pour dressing over the salsa and mix well

- 0.5 cup cilantro
- 0.5 cup parsley
- 1 handful chives
- 1 lime
- 2 limes
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
