Coffee Almond Cookies
Directions
- 1Beat softened butter with icing sugar.
- 2Add coffee powder with warm water, mix well, then add coffee emulco.
- 3Add the coffee mixture to the butter, mix well.
- 4Add flour + baking powder, use spatula to fold until dough is well combined.
- 5Add the almond and chocolate chips, fold until well combined.
- 6Shape into round balls.
- 7Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
