Drop a pound of ground pork into a hot oiled pan, break it up, and brown it.
Drain the grease from the pork.
Grab four green onions, remove the green part, and thinly slice the rest. Sprinkle them on top of the pork.
Add four minced garlic cloves and two teaspoons of fresh grated ginger to the pan.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Add a little bit of black pepper.
Drop in a bag of coleslaw mix and pour it in.
Stir everything together and keep stirring and cooking until the coleslaw mix is softened up nicely, about five minutes.
Once the coleslaw has softened and everything is cooked together, add about a teaspoon of sesame oil and three tablespoons of your favorite soy sauce.
Stir everything together and cook for a couple more minutes until the flavor of the soy sauce is thoroughly cooked in.
Grab a bowl, fill it up, and top with some sesame seeds.
Add a little bit of sriracha if you're feeling spicy.
If you have some green onions, throw those on top too.
