Hot Cheetos Boudin Balls

Directions

  1. 1Grate the Colby and Monterey Jack cheese and the Mozzarella cheese.
  2. 2Cook the boudin according to the package instructions. If your boudin is fully cooked, you may skip this step.
  3. 3Remove the boudin from its casing and place it in a bowl.
  4. 4Season the boudin with Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. 5Mix the seasoned boudin well.
  6. 6Add the grated cheese to the boudin mixture and mix until combined.
  7. 7Grab a good bit of the mixture and form a ball.
  8. 8Place the formed boudin balls in a freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. 9In a Ziploc bag, add half a bag of Flamin' Hot Cheetos and half a bag of Flamin' Hot Cheeto Puffs, then crush them.
  10. 10Add two eggs to a bowl and whisk.
  11. 11Add one cup of flour to a separate bowl.
  12. 12Add the boudin balls to the egg wash, shake off any excess, place them in the flour, back into the egg wash, and finally into the crushed Cheetos.
  13. 13Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
