Directions

  1. 1Pour heavy whipping cream into a stand mixer bowl.
  2. 2Add sugar to the heavy whipping cream.
  3. 3Whip the cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. 4Place chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
  5. 5Add Baileys to the chocolate chips.
  6. 6Melt the chocolate chips and Baileys together until smooth.
  7. 7Add the chocolate and Baileys mixture to the whipped cream.
  8. 8Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  9. 9Pipe the mousse into individual serving cups.
