Directions
- 1Cook bacon and chop it up.
- 2Cook ground beef with diced onion, drain grease, and add burger seasoning.
- 3Spray a sheet pan with oil and line with 4 burrito tortillas, overlapping and hanging some over the sides.
- 4Add ground beef to the sheet pan on top of the tortillas, then add bacon and sliced cheese.
- 5Put two more tortillas on top, overlapping in the middle. Fold over the sides and spray with oil.
- 6Place another sheet pan on top, ensuring everything is folded so nothing comes out.
- 7Bake at 450 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
- 8Take off the sheet pan and cut with a pizza cutter.

Tips
- Spray sheet pan with oil to prevent sticking.
- Bake the quesadilla with another sheet pan on top to ensure it is pressed and cooked evenly.
