Directions

  1. 1Cook bacon and chop it up.
  2. 2Cook ground beef with diced onion, drain grease, and add burger seasoning.
  3. 3Spray a sheet pan with oil and line with 4 burrito tortillas, overlapping and hanging some over the sides.
  4. 4Add ground beef to the sheet pan on top of the tortillas, then add bacon and sliced cheese.
  5. 5Put two more tortillas on top, overlapping in the middle. Fold over the sides and spray with oil.
  6. 6Place another sheet pan on top, ensuring everything is folded so nothing comes out.
  7. 7Bake at 450 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  8. 8Take off the sheet pan and cut with a pizza cutter.

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • burger seasoning
  • 6 burrito tortillas
  • sliced cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • seasonings
  • dill relish
  • oil

Equipment

Tips

  • Spray sheet pan with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Bake the quesadilla with another sheet pan on top to ensure it is pressed and cooked evenly.
