Directions

  6. 6Pour cream into the sauce and mix well to combine.
  7. 7Add cooked macaroni to the creamy tomato sauce.
  8. 8Mix the macaroni into the sauce.
  9. 9Top the mac and cheese with shredded cheese, chives, and chili flakes.
  10. 10Stir the mac and cheese to melt the cheese and combine all ingredients.
