Addictive Green Beans

Directions

  1. 1Prep a bowl of ice water and boil your water at the same time.
  2. 2Take all the green beans and boil them in the water for about 7 to 8 minutes until they still have that beautiful green color and a slight crunch but are soft to the bite.
  3. 3Throw the green beans directly into the ice water and let them sit there to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4Zhoosh up your peeled garlic with a little avocado oil until it's a watery texture but you still see pieces of the garlic.

  7. 7Toss and repeat once more.
  8. 8Add garlic directly to the pan and cook and toss for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  9. 9Remove green beans to a serving bowl.
  10. 10In the same dirty pan, add sesame oil, soy sauce, and coconut sugar.
  11. 11Mix it just until the sugar melts.
