Directions
- 1Place four thin-sliced chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- 2Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- 3In a bowl, combine a can of cheddar cheese soup with about a third of the can's worth of milk, a little paprika, and some pepper.
- 4Add two handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese to the soup mixture and mix well.
- 5Add a splash more milk to the cheese sauce if needed for consistency.
- 6Spoon about half of the cheese sauce over the seasoned chicken in the baking dish.
- 7Steam a 12-ounce bag of frozen broccoli florets for 7 minutes in the microwave.
- 8Tear up some of the bigger pieces of steamed broccoli and spread them over the chicken.
- 9Spoon the rest of the cheese sauce over the broccoli.
- 10Crush a pack of Ritz crackers in a bowl.
- 11Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of melted butter over the crushed Ritz crackers and mix.
- 12Sprinkle the cracker mixture over everything in the baking dish.
- 13Bake uncovered in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 27 minutes.
