High Protein Big Mac Loaded Fries

Directions

  1. 1Make the Big Mac sauce by mixing together 100g Light/ Fat Free Mayonnaise, 20g Gherkin Relish, 1 Tbsp Pickle Juice, 15g Mustard, 1 tsp Vinegar, 2 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, and 1 tsp Onion Powder.
  2. 2Cut 320g potatoes into french fry shapes.
  3. 3Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes with 1 tsp of vinegar.
  4. 4Pat the potatoes until they are completely dry.
  5. 5Add some light cooking oil spray and season the fries with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix it together.
  6. 6Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 min or bake in oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20-25 min.
  7. 7While the fries are baking, start cooking 1/2 diced onion with 150g extra lean beef mince.
  8. 8Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  9. 9Once it's nearly cooked, add 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce and some diced jalapeños. Mix it all together.
  10. 10Lay the fries on a plate with some lettuce and the meat.
  11. 11Melt 2 slices of cheddar cheese and pour it on top.
  12. 12Add some diced jalapeños and onions.
  13. 13Top it off with 40g Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
