Make the Big Mac sauce by mixing together 100g Light/ Fat Free Mayonnaise, 20g Gherkin Relish, 1 Tbsp Pickle Juice, 15g Mustard, 1 tsp Vinegar, 2 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, and 1 tsp Onion Powder.

Cut 320g potatoes into french fry shapes.

Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes with 1 tsp of vinegar.

Pat the potatoes until they are completely dry.

Add some light cooking oil spray and season the fries with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix it together.

Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 min or bake in oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20-25 min.

While the fries are baking, start cooking 1/2 diced onion with 150g extra lean beef mince.

Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Once it's nearly cooked, add 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce and some diced jalapeños. Mix it all together.

Lay the fries on a plate with some lettuce and the meat.

Melt 2 slices of cheddar cheese and pour it on top.

Add some diced jalapeños and onions.

Top it off with 40g Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
