FROZEN COCONUT & STRAWBERRY DESSERT
Directions
- 1Slightly heat the frozen strawberries until softened.
- 2Mash the softened strawberries with a fork.
- 3Blend shredded coconut with the thick part of the coconut milk and honey until creamy.
- 4Mix the mashed strawberries with chia seeds.
- 5In a mold, layer the coconut mixture and the strawberry-chia mixture.
- 6Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.

- 1 tbsp honey
- 10.5 oz frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
