Street Corn Creamy Cucumber Salad

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, mayo, seasonings, garlic, lime zest and juice and mix it together until it's smooth.
  2. 2For the salad, add cucumbers, corn, chicken, jalapeno, onions and cilantro.
  3. 3Pour over that creamy dressing and toss it all together.
