Churro Cheesecake

Directions

  1. 1Mix two packets of softened cream cheese, one egg, 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and an entire can of sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. 2Optionally, run the cheesecake mix through a sieve for an extra creamy texture.
  3. 3Prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing one cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
  4. 4Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  5. 5Spread a third of the cinnamon sugar at the bottom of the greased dish.
  6. 6Add a crescent dough sheet over the cinnamon sugar.
  7. 7Pour the cheesecake mix over the dough sheet.
  8. 8Sprinkle another third of the cinnamon sugar on top of the cheesecake mix.
  9. 9Place the second sheet of crescent dough on top.
  10. 10Cover the top with a little bit of butter.
  11. 11Finally, sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar on top.
  12. 12Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  13. 13Leave the cheesecake out for 30 minutes after baking.
  14. 14Refrigerate for 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
