Directions

  1. 1Heat the milk in a pot over very low heat.
  2. 2Add vanilla and sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves. It is important that the milk does not boil.
  3. 3Add cocoa powder and chocolate, and stir until the chocolate melts. Stir for 4 minutes.
  4. 4Add the starch dissolved in cold milk and stir for 2 minutes until the milk thickens.

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 60 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp starch
  • 1 tsp cold milk
