Directions
- 1In a glass bowl, add a 16 oz can of sour cream.
- 2Add a packet of fiesta ranch dip mix and stir.
- 3Add a can of rotel (drained) and stir.
- 4Add a can of mexican style corn (drained) and stir.
- 5Add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese and stir.
- 6Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
