Directions
1
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
2
Season two skinless salmon fillets with all-purpose seasoning, Gospel All Purpose Rub, and garlic powder on both sides.
3
Spray the seasoned salmon fillets with a little avocado oil.
4
Pop the salmon in an air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
5
Add 1 1/2 cups of pre-cooked jasmine rice to a baking dish.
6
Season the rice with about 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and a little sprinkle of salt.
7
Mix the rice and mash it into an even layer at the bottom of your baking dish.
8
Sprinkle a generous amount of furikake seasoning over the rice layer.
9
Shred up a whole pack of imitation crab legs into a bowl.
10
Mash up the cooked salmon and add it to the bowl with the shredded imitation crab.
11
Add half a block (4 ounces) of softened cream cheese to the salmon and crab mixture.
12
Add about a third of a cup of Kewpie mayo and 1 to 2 tablespoons of sriracha to the mixture.
13
Mix the ingredients together very well until there are no big chunks of cream cheese.
14
Spread the mixture in an even layer over top of the furikake-seasoned rice.
15
Pop the baking dish in your oven at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
16
After 12 minutes, put your oven up to broil and let it broil for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the edges start to get nice and crispy.
17
Once it's out of the oven, top with more sriracha and low-calorie yum yum sauce.
18
Garnish with diced jalapeños and a nice sprinkle of sesame seeds.
19
Serve with cucumber and seaweed paper.
