Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Directions

  1. 1Grate the zucchini into a bowl.
  2. 2Cut the zucchini to fit into the grater if necessary.
  3. 3Set the grated zucchini aside.
  4. 4Add all-purpose flour to a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5Add baking soda to the flour.
  6. 6Whisk the dry ingredients together.
  7. 7Add granulated sugar to the bowl.
  8. 8Add brown sugar to the bowl.
  9. 9Add cocoa powder to the bowl.
  10. 10Whisk the dry ingredients again.
  11. 11Add mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture.
  12. 12Whisk all the dry ingredients together until well combined.
  13. 13Pour oil into the dry ingredients.
  14. 14Add milk to the mixture.
  15. 15Stir the mixture until about 75% incorporated.
  16. 16Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
  17. 17Add all the grated zucchini to the bowl.
  18. 18Incorporate all ingredients together.
  19. 19Pour the cake batter into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  20. 20Spread the batter evenly in the dish.
  21. 21Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
  22. 22Cut a piece of cake and serve.
  23. 23Pour a glass of milk to accompany the cake.

Tips
