Grate the zucchini into a bowl.

Cut the zucchini to fit into the grater if necessary.

Set the grated zucchini aside.

Add all-purpose flour to a large mixing bowl.

Add baking soda to the flour.

Whisk the dry ingredients together.

Add granulated sugar to the bowl.

Add brown sugar to the bowl.

Add cocoa powder to the bowl.

Add mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture.

0.75 cup Oil

2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Tips
Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix until 75% incorporated before adding zucchini.
The cake does not require icing as it is incredibly moist and flavorful on its own.
