Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350F.
- 2In a small bowl, add all the ingredients listed above & mix until well combined.
- 3Then add the chocolate & fold into the mixture.
- 4Spray oil on a small skillet (I used a 6inch diameter one).
- 5Pour the batter.
- 6Bake for 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
- 7Take out, let it cool.
- 8Top with ice cream & chocolate sauce, & enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp salted butter melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 dash vanilla
- 1 tbsp egg
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk of choice or water
- Dark chocolate to liking
- Ice cream to liking
- Chocolate sauce to liking
