1Thinly slice your preferred cut of steak and cut them into strips.
2Season your steak with salt, pepper, chicken or beef bouillon, garlic and onion powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ginger paste, garlic and most importantly baking soda.
3Mix and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4While your steak is marinating, chop up an onion.
5Chop a red bell pepper.
6Chop a green bell pepper and a green onion.
7To a medium heat skillet, add avocado oil and your marinated steak.
8Cook until you get a nice crust on each side.
9Remove the steak and add in your onions, bell peppers and bottoms of your green onion.
10Add in a mixture of beef broth and soy sauce.
11Add cornstarch as a thickener, more black pepper and the tops of your green onions.
12Add back the steak and let it reduce until you get a thick sauce.
13Serve with white rice and drizzle more sauce over the steak and the rice.
