Directions

  1. 1Combine wet ingredients for cookie dough until smooth.
  2. 2Fold in dry ingredients and mini chocolate chips.
  3. 3Portion out one teaspoon cookies using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. 4Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before baking.
  5. 5Bake at 375 for 7 minutes and let them cool completely.
  6. 6Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. 7Whip up buttercream frosting.

  • 1.25 cup light brown sugar
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3.25 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt
