Directions
- 1Beat 3/4 cup softened butter until light and creamy (about 2 minutes). Make sure to stop and scrape the sides.
- 2Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix until incorporated.
- 3Add another cup of powdered sugar and mix until incorporated. Repeat this process until you use about 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar.
- 4On your final cup of powdered sugar, add 1 Tbsp heavy cream and mix for 3-4 minutes, making sure to stop and scrape the sides along the way.
