Directions
- 1Cream together butter and sugars in a mixer.
- 2Mix until smooth.
- 3Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
- 4Sift in flour and baking soda and mix just until combined.
- 5Chop semi-sweet chocolate.
- 6Fold in chopped chocolate with a spatula.
- 7Scoop portions of cookie dough onto a tray.
- 8Chill for half the time in the freezer.
- 9Bake at 350°F: 12 minutes for standard cookies, 15-17 minutes for big cookies.
- 10Serve on a plate.
