Brown Butter Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie
Directions

- 8Add kosher salt to the mixture.
- 9Stir the salt into the mixture.
- 10Add baking soda to the mixture.
- 11Add all-purpose flour to the mixture.
- 12Fold the flour into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- 13Add semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
- 14Add bittersweet chocolate chunks to the cookie dough.
- 15Fold the chocolate chips and chunks into the cookie dough.
- 16Spread the cookie dough evenly in the skillet.
- 17Place the skillet into a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C).
- 18Set the timer for 26-32 minutes.
- 19Remove the baked cookie skillet from the oven.
- 20Serve the skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream.
