Directions

  1. 1Cream together the butter and powdered sugar.
  2. 2Add vanilla and salt.
  3. 3Gradually add the flour while mixing.
  4. 4Add the pecans to the dough.
  5. 5Roll the dough into 1 ½ inch to 2 inch balls.
  6. 6Place the balls on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  7. 7Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. 8Toss the baked cookies in a bowl of powdered sugar.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.25 cups finely chopped pecans
