Season salmon with garlic powder, salt, black pepper and oil.

Cook salmon in the airfryer at 400F for 9 minutes.

Cut imitation crab into smaller pieces.

Add the cooked salmon (remove the skin first) to the bowl with the crab.

Shred the salmon.

Add cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and sriracha to the bowl and mix well.

Season rice with 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar.

Layer the rice in a baking dish.

Top the rice with shredded seaweed or furikake.

Add the crab and salmon mixture on top of the seaweed.

Bake at 380 for 10 minutes.

Drizzle with sriracha and spicy mayo.

Sprinkle with scallion and sesame seeds.
