Beef Stew

Directions
- 1Cut some carrots.
- 2Cut some celery.
- 3Cut some onions.
- 4Cut some mushrooms.
- 5Mince some garlic.
- 6Cut some gold potatoes.
- 7Cut the chuck roast into cubes.
- 8Sear the beef in your Instant Pot with some oil until it's browned.
- 9Remove the browned beef.
- 10Sauté the carrots, celery, and onions.
- 11Add in the garlic and tomato paste.
- 12Add the beef back in along with the potatoes, mushrooms, stock, salt, black pepper, and bay leaves.
- 13Close the Instant Pot.
- 14Once it's done cooking, add in a cornstarch slurry to thicken it and some peas.
