- 8In a bowl, mix the cheese with mayonnaise.
- 9Lay a pie crust in a pan and prick it with a fork.
- 10Bake the pie crust at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
- 11Layer the tomatoes, onion mixture, and cheese mixture in the pie crust, ending with the cheese mixture on top.
- 12Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
- 13Let it cool and garnish with fresh basil.
