Samoa Brownies

Directions
- 1Add butter and chocolate chips to a bowl and melt.
- 2Whisk in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until incorporated.
- 3Sift in flour and cocoa powder, then mix to combine.
- 4Transfer batter to a lined baking dish and bake.
- 5Add granulated sugar to a saucepan and allow to melt completely.
- 6Add soft butter to the melted sugar and mix.
- 7Add heavy cream and mix until incorporated.
- 8Add shredded coconut and mix. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- 9Top the baked brownies with the coconut caramel.
- 10Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- 11Slice into squares.
