Directions

  1. 1Shred one pound of swiss cheese into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.
  3. 3Add two finely chopped jalapeños.
  4. 4Add 1/2 cup of chopped scallions.
  5. 5Add 3/4 cup of finely chopped banana peppers.
  6. 6Mix all of the ingredients together.
  7. 7Cover the bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  8. 8Grab a fork and scoop up a big old bite.
