Directions
- 1Place Biscoff cookies in a bowl.
- 2Crush the cookies into crumbs using a rolling pin.
- 3Add melted butter to the crushed cookies.
- 4Add sweetened condensed milk to the cookie mixture.
- 5Mix until well combined.
- 6Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking tray.
- 7Break white chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl.
- 8Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
- 9Add Biscoff spread to the melted white chocolate.
- 10Mix until the topping is smooth and uniform.
- 11Pour the Biscoff and white chocolate topping over the cookie base.
- 12Spread the topping evenly.
- 13Decorate with whole Biscoff cookies on top.
- 14Crumble some additional Biscoff cookies around the edges for extra garnish.
