Directions
1
Start heating up a frying pan on medium high and then throw in a little bit of oil.
2
Add in two jalapeños and three cloves of garlic.
3
Let your garlic fry up until it's got a nice golden brown color to it.
4
Take the garlic and drop it in your blender.
5
Roast your jalapeños until they've got a nice char on each side.
6
Once your jalapeños are done charring, move them over to your cutting board and cut off the stems.
7
Add the jalapeños to your blender as well.
8
To your blender, you also want to add one bunch of cilantro.
9
Get three limes, roll them for a little bit, and then slice those in half.
10
Juice these three limes into your blender.
11
Get three ripe avocados, cut them open, and throw them in your blender.
12
To your blender, go ahead and add about a third cup of sour cream.
13
Add a little bit of salt.
14
Add some pepper.
15
Add about a tablespoon of chicken bouillon.
16
Lastly, add about a quarter cup of water so that way it can blend easier.
17
Get the lid, put it on there and just blend this up.
18
Serve this up.
