Add mixture in Manicotti Shells.

Wrap with regular bacon.

Refrigerate overnight.

Add your favorite BBQ rub.

Pour Old Fashioned Pellets in the smoker.

In the Smoker at 325 degrees for 45 min.

Make an easy korean spicy mayo.

Add BBQ sauce and let that set for 10 minutes or until bacon is cooked.

1 pack Bacon
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1 bunch Green Onions
0.25 cup Canned Carrots
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Chili Oil
2 Tbsp Gochujang
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Ginger
3 Tbsp BBQ Rub (Grilling with Dad-All Purpose)
4 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
0.5 cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Gochujang
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Lemon
Old Fashioned Pellets

Tips
Refrigerate overnight or for 3-4 hours.
