Directions

  1. 1Cut the green onions and carrots.
  2. 2Add the ground beef, ground pork, green onions, carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, and ginger to a bowl.
  3. 3Mix well.
  4. 4Add mixture to a ziplock piping bag.
  5. 5Add mixture in Manicotti Shells.
  6. 6Wrap with regular bacon.
  7. 7Refrigerate overnight.
  8. 8Add your favorite BBQ rub.
  9. 9Pour Old Fashioned Pellets in the smoker.
  10. 10In the Smoker at 325 degrees for 45 min.
  11. 11Make an easy korean spicy mayo.
  12. 12Add BBQ sauce and let that set for 10 minutes or until bacon is cooked.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • 3 Tbsp BBQ Rub (Grilling with Dad-All Purpose)
  • 4 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lemon
  • Old Fashioned Pellets
