Directions

  1. 1Mix all sauce ingredients and stir well.
  2. 2Whisk the eggs and season with salt, white pepper, and black pepper.
  3. 3Saute the bombay onions and sausages until fragrant.
  4. 4Scramble the eggs.
  5. 5Pour in the sauce and stir well.
  6. 6Add chives and enough water, so that the sauce is a little wet.
  7. 7Sprinkle chili powder, if desired.
