Directions

  1. 1Prepare ketan and ketan hitam in a container.
  2. 2Soak for 5 hours then pour into a steamer.
  3. 3Steam for 30 minutes.
  4. 4After the water boils, clean the tools to be used with warm water.
  5. 5Pour the ketan into a bowl then pour cold water over it.
  6. 6Mix well, add the yeast, then cover with plastic.
  7. 7Ferment for one day.

  • 250 g ketan putih
  • 250 g ketan hitam
  • secukupnya water
  • 1 sdt ragi tape
  • secukupnya water
