Salsa Verde with Avocado

Directions

  1. 1Drop tomatillos, one jalapeño, two serranos, and one onion into boiling water.
  2. 2Add two garlic cloves at the very end of blanching to maintain their strong flavor.
  3. 3Once tomatillos, jalapeños, and onions are boiled, drop the garlic in.
  4. 4Add about a quarter cup of water into the blender with the boiled ingredients.
  5. 5Squeeze a bit of lime into the mixture.
  6. 6Add about two teaspoons of OG blend (salt, pepper, garlic) for seasoning.
  7. 7Add about a handful of cilantro.
  8. 8Drop in at least half an avocado for creaminess.
  9. 9Give the mixture a couple of pulses in the blender until creamy.
