Tips

  • Marinate the shrimp for 30mins for extra flavour
  • You can use raw or par cooked shrimp, just make sure you cook the latter for less time
  • Use cooking spray to lower calories if preferred
  • If you don’t have day old rice, just cook some rice and place in the freezer to cooldown for 10mins
  • Make the yum yum sauce and bottle it up to use throughout the week
  • Reheat in a microwave or pan. Serve the sauce when ready to eat
