Wash your hands thoroughly before you start cooking.

Gather all your ingredients on the counter.

Wash the salmon fillet under running water.

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.

Season the salmon generously with coarse kosher salt, Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, paprika, black peppercorn, and crushed red pepper.

Cut open the bag of raw shrimp.

Place shrimp in a bowl.

Season the shrimp with Morton Season All, black peppercorn, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.

Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.

Dice the onion.

Pour olive oil into a pan on the stove.

Place the seasoned salmon in the hot pan.

Add the seasoned shrimp to a separate hot pan.

Spread a layer of the prepared sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.

Stuff the cooked pasta shells with a mix of the cooked salmon and shrimp.

Pour the remaining sauce over the stuffed shells.

Sprinkle a generous amount of Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese over the top of the shells.

Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and golden brown.
